Tired, physically. Not too sure if i sld get a job, seems like the fyp hasn't quite been formulated yet, for CIBA that is. .. No doubt that the extra cash will come in handy but i really hate the idea of standing around doing something irrelevant while my body and mind waste gradually. Plus, i really want to fulfil one of my resolutions which i haven't been quite able to after all these years. Maybe i'll see how things go for the next few days, that is if i'm able to do what i suppose to do for the next few days. Bought a new pair of goggles yesterday for 20 bucks, the cheapest among all that is offered and surprising cheaper than TYR as well. Despite the myraid of names (speedsocket-$34, plexus, Lazer, stealth, etc etc) they all seem the same to me, design and quality wise. i mean why pay an extra 10 bucks or so for something similar haha, perhaps the endura or performance series of goggles probably more streamlined bah which gives it user an additional 0.000123% increase in swimming efficiency so that translates into 40.234 laps instead of my usual 40. As for the stealth goggles, i guess after wearing them, ur head becomes invisible so effectively u ain't there.
Yup today was good, didn't suffer from any major cramp. Although cramps are supposedly due to a lack of salt, i think my cramps are due more to an overly sedentry lifestyle.
Anyway what i do appreaciate however is the clearer vision. My previous pair of goggles which stayed with me for approx. 10+ years was heavily scratched (the anti-fog had worn off as well). So now i can ogle at those pretty girls in bikini while i do my laps hehe. One point though, due to bad genes, i'm myopic so er i can see clearly for like....16cm in front of me haha so i guess the only curves i get to see are mine haha. Actually being myopic can be a blessing of atheletes (i'm not saying i', one lar) because they can't be distracted haha.
Ok, let me get back to sleep, i just got up to eat my burger and contemplate why speedo and TYR give their goggles such aggressive names, why not just name them ripples, guppy, coral etc etc.
