Totally shagged out after a whole day of yoga...totally freaked out when L told me to do that feet over head pose... i told her that i had my butt as my brain and my feet always stays below my butt...

Ok, i'm just joking...yoga's too girlie for me...the only strect i do is before i exercise and when i wake up in the late morning hehe.

Started the day off by...watching Huo Yuan Jia...yes i didn't even bother to eat my breakfast or brush my teeth and i must say it was all worth it...infact i suggest xh should screen it all his all new plasma TV hehe. Huo Tuan Jia's one of the very and i mean very few films that left such a macho guy like me weeping...ok i'm exaggerating...i just shed a couple of tears. No i'm not joking...i'm totally serious about it.

i was intending to go for a swim in the morning, meeting XH and coy. afterwhich... waking up late coupled with huo yuan jia however meant that i had to give up meeting XH and go for my swim instead. Sorry brother, i have to account for the promises i made to myself besides i was totally motivated to do some serious laps with my technologically advanced paddles after watch the film.

Man...those paddles really made swimming exhausting and after 10laps i was like exhausted...on the 11 lap...L (lifegurad) appeared and told me that the paddles weren't allowed in the public pool. One part of was really glad to hear this because now i had a reason not to use the paddles, another part of me was like... damn there's goes my 30 bucks. Actually my sis told me they weren't allowed in the pool last night but i refused to believe her haha.

Anyway after i took off the paddles...swimming felt funny it was like there wasn't much load in my arms so guess what i made a trip to P.S to get a pair of aqua gloves haha. Don't worry, i have confirmed this with the lifeguard (pretty polite ah pek) and he said as long its soft and it won't endanger other swimmers its ok in fact he even suggested the one i had in mind TYR Aqua fitness gloves hehe (anoother $30..actually its only $26 something hehe) i always get the outcome i want haha

had this funny feeling that a lot woman were staring at me when i was at PS. I was wondering if it was me or was it that sinful snicker bar i was eating...haha too hungry after my swim (40laps hor somemore without breakfast and lunch...dun play play...yes i like to brag a lot these days). At the end o the day... i reckon it was a combination of both...cute guy nibbling on sinful chocalate bar haha....

So that's about the whole of today...
