It's raining heavily again... i'm either very lucky or i guess God's on my side because it always rains only after i have returned home from running or any other sporting activity say swimming, badminton etc. In light of this i.e. God's subtle encouragement...i guess i should really devote my time and effort into exercising! anyway healthcare in Singapore is way too expensive.
Well, yet another tiring day and i'm really glad i made the decision to come home because i'm already yawning haha.
Swam 40 laps today with my new, state of the art aqua gloves (which i have nicknamed as mittens because they look like those worn by babies) and went on to play badminton with cw and friends. All i can say is that i cannot be more shagged than i am now.
After three days of exercise i feel so fit (seems like i beginning to brag a lot these days) but i'm sure TW's gg to refute this claim of mine. Anyway i'm beginning to fall asleep already so i guess that's all for today...probably dream of some chio lifeguard doing pushups in front of me haha
