I presume, at this juncture, everyone's probably wondering who's huxley at the back of their mind. In light of the fact that Huxley likes to write in prose, as i always do, it is inevitable that people mistake me for Huxley. Now, the truth is, i'm not Huxley and Huxley isn't me as much as you like to believe otherwise. It is unfortunate that i am unable to offer any concrete proof but hey... i'm not that free lor...
To give huxley some credit though...his quotes are quite thought provoking... in fact i suspect both he/she and i share very similar sentiments. Yes, they are quotes, quotes by Aldous Huxley. No, Aldous Huxley is not some ficticious character but a fairly renowned writer...i had a customer asking for his book over the weekend at popular.
The quote on cc blog is from Doors of Perception...not too sure about the one on my blog although the reference to "totalitarian government" reminds me of George Orwell (animal farm, 1984 etc...hope i'm correct).
Feels like i'm on "The huxley Code"...well, i could help intepret his quotations and i think i know what's he trying to get at but i'm too lazy to do so besides i may just upset, a pretty but nevertheless petty girl.
